Warranty and Services
The Wellness Enterprise, Inc. warrants the Jivara Everstream Water Cooler to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase. The compressor has a 3-year warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or subjection to water pressure in excess of 100lbs. per square inch. The warranty shall extend only to the original purchaser of the product from The Wellness Enterprise. Any modifications of the product shall render the warranty invalid and The Wellness Enterprise will have no further responsibility. All warranty claims must be made to The Wellness Enterprise. This warranty applies when “Conditions of Operation” below are met. The Wellness Enterprise shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind; the sole obligation of The Wellness Enterprise being limited to repair or replacement of defective parts of product. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are required. Conditions of Operation System Pressure 35 – 100psi, Temperature 40 -100F, PH range 4-10, Max. TDS 1500 PPM.
